ok, so here i am in the isc office...it's 11.09 pm, yes, well, u see, the ISC constitution has been dying to be edited...as it screams and kicks and shouts...i can bearly cover my ears anymore. Amend I shall! Dammit.

the onli time dat i can do actual work in the office is at this hour...where there's no one to chitty chat:( and distract. but there's onli so much one can do at this ghostly hour...
